This very accessibility adds a new dimension: sales are now the perfect setting for impulsive purchases we often regret later.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The Psychology of Sales: Why Do They Tempt Us So Easily?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Psychologists note that shopping during sales is a complex behavior driven by both rational and emotional triggers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The Feeling of a Good Deal and Satisfaction<\/strong><br \/>\nSales trigger the sense that we\u2019ve seized a rare opportunity\u2014even if we don\u2019t actually need the item. But if you do take part, do it consciously and with a plan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Start where it matters most: in your own closet.<\/strong><br \/>\nBefore even thinking about buying, take two hours to stand in front of your wardrobe. Go through it in three clear steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Clothes you haven\u2019t worn in two years or more<\/strong><br \/>\nThese pieces carry stale energy and take up space\u2014let them go without guilt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clothes you would wear, but don\u2019t<\/strong><br \/>\nThey may just need a tailor\u2019s touch\u2014a new button, zipper, or pressing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clothes you wear often<\/strong><br \/>\nAnalyze them: what\u2019s the cut, color, fabric?
