The golden rule: never compete with the bride and groom.<\/strong> Before choosing your outfit, find out how the couple will be dressed. It would be awkward if guests showed up dressed more formally than the stars of the day. For women, it\u2019s especially important not to wear the same color as the bride\u2019s dress. As a general rule, avoid white and\u2014yes\u2014even black for weddings. And if the couple has special requests for guest attire, follow them 100%.<\/p>\n
